Nearby stars Han So-hee and Nana also reside at Arcadia Signature

Momo, a Japanese member of the popular K-pop group Twice, has purchased a luxury villa in Arcadia Signature located in Achul Village, Gu-ri City. The unit measures 221 square meters (about 67 pyeong) and was bought for 4.27 billion won in cash. The buyer completed the final payment and ownership transfer on the same day.

Arcadia Signature, completed in May 2023, is a high-end residence spanning underground to four stories. It comprises six typical units and two penthouses, with a private entrance and reportedly stringent security. Momo’s acquired unit is described as a “Natural Terrace” type, featuring three bedrooms, a study, and three bathrooms, and it offers a private garden along with views of the Hangang River and Achasan.

Neighboring residents include actress Han So-hee, who bought Arcadia Signature’s 203㎡ duplex penthouse for 5.24 billion won in August of the previous year, and Nana (former After School member), who purchased a unit of the same size for 4.2 billion won in March. It has been reported that other notable residents in the complex include actor Hyun Bin and actress Son Ye-jin, singer Park Jin-Young, and actress Oh Yeon-seo. Momo debuted in 2015 as a member of Twice under JYP Entertainment and has since been active in the MISAMO unit with Mina and Sana starting in 2023.
