RM and G-Dragon demonstrated their global influence at the APEC summit. RM served as a keynote speaker at the APEC CEO Summit in Gyeongju. G-Dragon is set to perform at the welcome banquet on the 31st. He had been appointed as an APEC promotional ambassador and has been active in that role.

APEC was formed in 1989 to foster economic and political cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region, and it now includes 21 member economies. This year’s theme is Building a Sustainable Tomorrow, with innovation, prosperity and connectivity as core goals. Korea hosted the forum for the first time in 20 years.

G-Dragon will be the only K-pop artist to take the stage at the welcome banquet, contributing a pioneering and creative performance to the event.
