Park Jun-hee Named AI-Broadcasting Media Chair for Korea’s Fourth Industrial Forum

Aims to propel global reach of Hallyu through private-public collaboration

iNet Broadcasting Group announced on the 20th that Park Jun-hee has been appointed as the AI-Broadcasting Media Chair for Korea’s Fourth Industrial Forum, entrusted with spearheading the international expansion of Hallyu culture. Park accepted the appointment at the Best Certification Ceremony for the Fourth Industrial Forum, hosted by the Era of National Success and held in the 2nd Small Conference Room at the National Assembly Members’ Hall.

As AI-Broadcasting Media Chair, Park will lead the forum in fostering knowledge and innovation leadership in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, driving the sustainable development of K-culture and strengthening national competitiveness.

Korea is currently drawing global attention across a broad spectrum of genres, including K-pop, K-dramas, K-movies, webtoons, broadcasting, and gaming. Park remarked, “We will build a collaboration platform that fuses private-sector creativity with government policy support, ensuring Korean popular culture spreads more widely worldwide without being confined to a specific generation or genre.”

The appointment underscores ongoing efforts to expand the global footprint of Korean popular culture through cross-sector collaboration.
