Disney+ unveils posters and character teasers for Made in Korea

On the 19th, Disney+ unveiled the poster and character teaser videos for the year-end original drama Made in Korea. The series features a star-studded lineup including Hyun Bin, Jung Woo-sung, Woo Do-hwan, and Jo Ye-jung.

Set in the 1970s, the drama follows Baek Ki-tae, a central Information Bureau official who pursues wealth and power, and prosecutor Jang Geon-yeong who relentlessly tracks him. Baek Ki-tae leads a double life at the heart of the state’s power as he pursues dangerous business ventures.

Before its premiere, the drama confirmed Season 2, with Season 1 scheduled to premiere on December 24 (two episodes) and two more on December 31. Direction is by Woo Min-ho, known for handling major Korean-era dramas, marking his first OTT project.

With a six-episode format, the series will release two episodes on December 24, two more on December 31, and one episode weekly thereafter. The production is underway as Season 2 is in the works.
