IVE’s An Yu-jin continues as MC, joined by Day6’s Young K and NCT DREAM’s Jaemin for 2025 SBS Gayo Daejeon
IVE’s An Yu-jin will continue as the host of SBS Gayo Daejeon for a fourth year, with Day6’s Young K and NCT DREAM’s Jaemin joining as new MCs. The lineup for the 2025 SBS Gayo Daejeon with Bithumb was announced for the event on December 25 at Incheon’s Inspire Arena. An Yu-jin has previously co-hosted the event since 2022 with NCT’s Doyoung and TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s Yeonjun, and this year she again takes the lead alongside two new hosts. The move cements her status as the face of Gayo Daejeon, promising a more seasoned and relaxed presentation.
Doyoung’s upcoming military enlistment on December 8 has raised questions about potential changes to the hosting lineup, but Day6’s Young K and Jaemin have been tapped to fill the roles alongside An Yu-jin, replacing Doyoung and Yeonjun in the MC rotation. Young K has built a steady hosting resume on radio with Idol Radio and on Day6’s own radio, while Jaemin enters the role with a bright energy and a playful presence, signaling a fresh dynamic for the event. The three-host format is expected to produce a new chemistry that blends musical sensibility with entertainment flair, delivering SBS Gayo Daejeon’s youthful and trendy atmosphere for 2025.
In addition, the event’s first lineup includes THE BOYZ, ATEEZ, ITZY, TREASURE, NMIXX, &TEAM, TWS, ILLIT, Hearts2Hearts, KiiiKiii, and CORTIS among others, as part of the Golden Loop theme. The 2025 SBS Gayo Daejeon will continue with An Yu-jin, Young K, and Jaemin as the leading trio, with the show scheduled to take place on December 25 at Incheon’s Inspire Arena, promising a star-studded year-end finale for K-pop.
