Baek Ji-young and Jeong Seok-won reveal Haimee’s new group Kickback, with names of members and a manager.

Baek Ji-young and her husband Jeong Seok-won revealed an update about their daughter Haimee forming a girl group. On November 16, Baek Ji-young’s YouTube channel featured the couple discussing Haimee’s latest project and its progress. They shared details about Haimee’s activities and the formation of her group.

Haimee’s group is named Kickback, and its members are said to be ViKi, BeKi, and KiKi, with Lina serving as manager. Lina was reportedly the main member originally, but she left the group because she felt shy. The couple described how the lineup came together and who handles management duties.

During the chat, Haimee reportedly asked Baek Ji-young for a song. Jeong Seok-won recalled, “She asked for a song from mom when she was in the fifth grade; ‘Would 10 million won be enough?’” He explained that Haimee has saved her entire fortune—10 million won—receiving allowances since birth.

A playful moment followed as the family joked about their own past. The producers teased, “Even when I was 20, I didn’t have 10 million,” to which Baek Ji-young replied, “What is 10 million? I didn’t even have a million back then.” Jeong added that older neighbors often give Haimee money when she greets them, and she politely greets even strangers in a convenience store.

Jeong Seok-won also praised Baek Ji-young’s linguistic abilities, saying she is “strong with language, like a Korean teacher,” and noted Haimee shares that trait. Baek laughed, recalling a moment when her mother phoned from YouTube and told her husband to stop his “over-the-top” behavior, conveying warmth about their family dynamics.
