Former ADOR head expresses unwavering support for the five members as ADOR ties up its legal disputes.
Min Hee-jin, the founder of ADOR who created NewJeans, has issued an unwavering show of support for the five members Minji, Hani, Daniel, Haerin, and Hyein. On November 15, NoYoungheeTV shared her remarks from a live stream. According to NoYoungheeTV, she explained that from the start the group was built around the concept of five—appearance, voice, color, style, and choreography—with each element designed on the premise of five, which helped fans rally around and shape what became a complete form.
She added that NewJeans is complete when five—when each member’s color and voice interlock to form a unified whole. With their return, she urged that these five should be treasured, and that unnecessary conflicts and interpretations do not help; the essence is aimed at me, but she cautioned not to drag the children into it, as they must be protected and not used. NewJeans exists when five.
Recently, NewJeans settled its legal dispute with ADOR. Following Haerin and Hyein, Minji, Daniel, and Hani also officially signaled their return to ADOR, signaling the end of the roughly year-long dispute. NewJeans is expected to proceed with the comeback and album plans ADOR had prepared.
Her remarks underscore the importance of protecting the five and keeping children out of the dispute.
