The three-story residence once used by H.O.T. was shown on a recent episode, with furnishings described as optional.
The longtime lodging of H.O.T. in Heukseok-dong was revealed after 29 years. On the 324th episode of the reality show Please Help! Homes, the crew—Kim Da-ho, Yang Se-chan, and The Boyz’s Younghoon—visited the area in Noryangjin, Dongjak-gu, Seoul. Younghoon brought photos of H.O.T. members who had stayed there and compared them to the current state of the property. The house had undergone remodeling three years prior, resulting in many changes. It is a three-story structure, making it suitable for use as lodging with space that can be divided by floor. It was noted that furnishings are now considered optional. The tour highlighted features such as the second-floor terrace and a spacious dog room, which drew attention; staff teased that it looked better than Kim Da-ho’s room. The property’s price is 60 million won per pyeong, with an overall asking price of 4.5 billion won. The land area measures about 243 square meters (roughly 73 pyeong). The first-floor storefront is described as capable of generating rental income with a deposit of 20 million won and a monthly rent of 1.7 million won.
