K-Pop stepped into the Grammys spotlight as nominations loom. Next February, the 68th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles will feature Blackpink’s Rosé and her song “Apartment” nominated in three major categories, including Song of the Year and Record of the Year. The Netflix film “K-Pop Demon Hunters” soundtrack “Golden” was also named a contender for Song of the Year, bringing the total to five categories. This marks the first time a K-pop-classified song has reached a major-category nomination.
