On November 5, around 1:30 p.m., roughly 4,000 personnel gathered at the Second Operations Command Training Ground in Daegu’s Mangchon-dong for the Armed Forces Day consolation show titled “Powerful Concert.” The event, hosted by Daegu City and co-organized by Yeongnam Ilbo and the Daegu Culture and Arts Promotion Agency, built anticipation as the crowd’s cheers grew louder toward showtime.

By 2 p.m., the host’s introductions signaled the start of performances, and the crowd faced the stage as Ichillin took the first bow. The lineup—Ichillin, StayC, HiKey, Min Kyung-hoon, and BBGIRL—kept the atmosphere buzzing, with soldiers standing and dancing along together. Min Kyung-hoon’s hit “Gasi” had the audience singing along in unison, heightening the energy in the venue.

BBGIRL then delivered a high-spirited set that sent the crowd into a frenzy, with dancers moving in rhythm and the audience following suit. The night’s finale was brought by NoraZoo, whose lively performance drew waves of laughter and cheers from servicemen and officers alike. Lieutenant Shin Jihun of the Second Operations Command expressed gratitude for the thoughtful arrangement, saying it would uplift morale and foster closer ties between the community and the military.
