IVE member Seo will not sit the CSAT for the 2026 academic year. The agency, Starship Entertainment, said that Seo, who is among the candidates for the CSAT in the 2026 cycle, has decided not to take the CSAT in the current year, noting that there had been long discussions but she wishes to focus on her activities at the moment.

Going forward, the agency said that depending on the artist’s wishes, university enrollment will be considered later when she can focus on studies, and she will continue her activities in the meantime. Fans were asked for continued interest and support for IVE and Seo.

Seo was born in 2007, making her 18 years old. She debuted with IVE in 2021 with the single ELEVEN. IVE recently wrapped up a three-day world tour at the KSPO Dome in Seoul (the Olympic Gymnasium) from October 31 to November 2.
