NEXZ member Seogon, the group’s only Korean national, explained that during their activities in Korea they tried to talk in Korean with each other and spoke Korean when speaking with staff. He added that at the dorm and during practice they aimed to live naturally in Korean, and that they mainly use Korean when discussing both small and important matters.
Yuki also said that he personally likes Korean dramas and films, and that when he is alone and encounters unfamiliar words, he looks them up and studies gradually.
When asked what works have served as good study materials for learning Korean, Seogon said that he recently started watching Taepung Sangsa, and it’s fun, so he’s watching it. Yuki added that he watched King the Land and found it entertaining; he enjoys it.
