Min Hee-jin, the former CEO of Adore, has established a new entertainment agency called OOAK (ooak) just 11 months after leaving Adore. OOAK was established on the 16th, with Min listed as the company’s sole inside director. OOAK’s registered business objectives include talent management outsourcing, music production and distribution, concert and event planning and production, brand management outsourcing, and advertising services. Min, who produced the group NewJeans, is currently overseeing the group as it remains on hiatus while legal disputes with Adore continue.
